چکیده
Background: Inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) caused by Fowl adeno virus (FAdV), is a re-emerging threat to broilers causing considerable economic loss poultry industry worldwide. Methods: The present study investigated the IBH outbreaks in commercial broiler flocks from different regions of India between 2019- and 2021 identified serotypes associated with it molecular characterization hexon gene FAdV strains. Result: 42 out 98 affected tested positive PCR. Phylogenetic analysis grouped these strains into three serotypes; 25 (67.56%) were clustered FAdV-11 serotype, 11 (29.72%) FAdV-8b serotype one strain FAdV-8a (2.70%). Three FAdV-11, 8a 8b species D E are currently circulating Indian broilers. indicates need for continuous surveillance provides useful information devising vaccination strategies effective control chickens.

Molecular Identification of Fowl Adenovirus Associated with Inclusion Body Hepatitis in Iran
Background and Aims: Inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) is one of the most important reemerging diseases in many countries with intensive poultry industries. In Iran, the etiological agent of IBH (fowl adenovirus) has not been yet confirmed. The aim of this study was the molecular detection and identification of fowl adenovirus involving IBH in chicken flocks in Iran. Materials and Methods: Polymer...

Correction: Pathogenicity and Complete Genome Characterization of Fowl Adenoviruses Isolated from Chickens Associated with Inclusion Body Hepatitis and Hydropericardium Syndrome in China
In this study, we determined and genetically characterized three fowl adenoviruses isolated from chickens with inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) and hydropericardium syndrome (HPS) in China and assessed their pathogenicity. The full genome of HBQ12, BJH13 and JSJ13 was found to be 44,081, 43,966 and 43,756 nucleotides long, respectively. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis revealed that s...
متن کاملThe outcome of experimentally induced inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) by fowl aviadenoviruses (FAdVs) is crucially influenced by the genetic background of the host
In the present study, inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) was experimentally induced by oral inoculation of two groups of specific pathogen-free (SPF) broilers and two groups of SPF layers at day-old with either a fowl aviadenovirus (FAdV)-D or a FAdV-E strain. A substantial variation in the degree of susceptibility was observed with mortalities of 100 and 96% in the FAdV-E and D infected SPF broile...
